It is a city that burns in fire / Someone is looking at it / Away from the city, down the cliffs / “I’m not crazy” he says as he cries / He remembers the time when his body was whpped and the qur’an was sewn on the sleeve of execution / He calls, water flows out of it, he shouts: I’m not crazy / Turn the page and cries like a baby / He remembers the hot spoon / He eats pills and talks nonsense / Those he loves make fun of him / He may clear the dust of memories when he calls again / And he will repeat again.
